Regatta offers even more ways to savor "The Finest Cuisine at Sea". Specialty restaurants Polo Grill offers all the elements of a classic steakhouse and Toscana features Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich Italian family traditions. The Grand Dining Room offers a surprise transformation into The Bistro during lunch, which serves classic French fare inspired by Executive Culinary Director, Jacques Pépin. Also menu items from the beloved restaurant Red Ginger will be available to enjoy bold Asian cuisine in a fresh new way.
