Domaine Chandon invites you to a 7-day wine cruise hosted by Chandon winemaker Tom Tiburzi, who will be your guide to all things still and sparkling aboard Oceania Cruise’s newest mid-size ship Riviera, designed specifically for the food and wine lover. 
You’ll cruise to Belize City, Belize; Truillijo, Honduras; Cozumel, Mexico; and Key West, Florida, where you can shop, golf, fish, sail, or explore some of the world’s best diving and snorkeling waters. Back onboard Tom will conduct two seminars, both held in the cruise industry’s only hands-on, floating culinary classroom. Here you’ll learn bubbly basics--what varietals are used, methods of fermentation, a brief history of sparklers, and more--and he’ll teach you everything you need to know to master the art of mixing cocktails with Chandon sparkling wines.
