Pairing Wine with Food Seminar
Why does Thai food pair so well with Riesling? Buttered popcorn and sparkling wines? We've all experienced how the right wine can accentuate a meal. Hosted by winemaker, Renee Ary and Duckhorn's very own food/wine pairing pro, Sasha Braden, this hands-on and interactive seminar will give you some basic guidelines for developing and enhancing your skills in pairing your favorite wines with everyday cuisine. Small food components will be prepared by the onboard culinary team.
