Here we go again!

We had the time of our lives in 2012 cruising the Med with a group of wine lovers on our first F&WT Oregon Cult Wine Cruise. In 2015, we are headed “down under” to explore the wine regions of Australia and New Zealand. What better way to begin our journey than to cruise past Sydney’s iconic Opera House as we leave Sydney Harbour!

Our home away from home for this 12 night cruise is Celebrity Cruises’ Solstice, the ship named #2 Best Large Ship and #1 Best Service in 2013 by Cruise Critic. The Solstice has two exciting features we thought you would enjoy: the first is the freshly manicured lawn on the ship's highest deck, and second, is how much the ship is wine-lover friendly. There are various outdoor activities you can participate in the Lawn Club or you can just go barefoot and simply enjoy the feeling of grass between your toes. Wine lovers will love the Solstice's Cellar Masters bar, which was inspired by the vineyards of Napa Valley. You can experience a global wine tour onboard the ship and then discover the wines of Australia and New Zealand during our private tours on land.

Onboard the ship we will have a welcome reception, two wine seminar and tastings and special winemaker's luncheon. On shore in two of the ports, you will have the opportunity to visit wineries in Tasmania and the Martinborough wine region.

We can't say enough about this cruise except that we would love to have you join us in 2015 “down under”!
