This 10-day cruise has a unique collection of ports. Look forward to in-depth experiences, beginning with embarking in Dublin, Ireland, where Guinness beer and Jameson whisky reign king. Then it’s on to Bordeaux, France for two days, a designated UNESCO World Heritage city, allowing for time to truly immerse yourself in the area’s fabulous vineyards and magnificent châteaux, and delight in tasting superb wines. Visit the architecturally stunning Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain, also a foodie mecca and gateway to all things Basque, including traditional pintxos, wine and hard ciders! Nestled in one of the world’s leading wine regions, sample Portugal’s renowned port wine in the city of Oporto. Also rounding out this fabulous itinerary is La Coruña & Cádiz, Spain, Lisbon, Portugal, and your final destination of lively Barcelona!
As your seasoned hosts, Barry & Jennifer have exciting plans in the works for private onboard events that will include receptions, seminars, tastings, and Epicurean dinner featuring hand-selected wines from the Tamber Bey library.
Kick off this cruise by exploring Dublin during Food & Wine Trails’ optional 2-night pre-cruise program. In addition to the pre-cruise program, the Food & Wine Trails’ optional shore tour programs, curated exclusively for Tamber Bey guests, offer a Right Bank tour, “Rising Reds of Bordeaux,” and “Under the Alenquer Sun,” in Lisbon. Often being the highlight of the cruise, our pre-cruise and shore-tour programs are a great way to get to know your fellow cruisers and create lifelong memories.
