Paul Giusto

Two Sonoma boys living their dream one barrel at a time.

Long time friends Paul Giusto and Michael Sebastiani decided to pave their own wine road as stewards of the Highway 12 name. These guys are the “real deal” with three generations of winemaking tradition. Paul oversees winemaking with Michael, while managing general business operations, sales, marketing and strategic objectives. With their long-term partnerships with premium growers, they continue to produce high quality value wines from Sonoma County and other California growing regions.

Paul started working at the ripe old age of 10 years old as a full-service gas station attendant at his family’s business in San Francisco, learning the ‘tricks of the trade’ of customer service and small business entrepreneurialism. This year marks Paul’s 30th year in the wine industry, all in Sonoma Valley and he attributes many of his business practices to his early years in the family’s shop. Paul is an active Sonoma Valley community member that participates in local wine and tourism industry economic impact initiatives and appreciates the historical integrity of the Sonoma wine growing community.

A hands-on businessman and father, Paul spends most of his free time with his family. Paul is the proud dad of two boys, Paul, graduating from Syracuse University in 2025 and Luke, graduating from high school this year. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, Debbie, for 25 years and they spend free time in Lake Tahoe, are avid SF sports fans and enjoy cuddles on the couch with their beloved lab, Scout.
